I have a pension with pension bee and have to say I prefer that app. Much easier to read. I find this app quite complicated in comparison. Wish it was easier to read

Promising …

But badly executed. Every single time I login on my iPad, I get offered to use fingerprint to login, which I accept. Next login, it is as if I am logging for the first time, app asks for username and password, verification code. Very frustrating.

Not bad

It’s not too bad. Gives some good info but the spending analysis never loads up which was the best part of the app.

Works well until you need to refresh connections

Refreshing connections with Barclaycard and nationwide always results in errors and lengthy email discussions to get fixed. Frustrating as otherwise I find the app really useful

Can’t Trust This App

Transactions missing yet it says app is fully synced with bank account and surprisingly has the correct balance. How does it balance if you don’t have all the transactions??? Also the income and spending analysis doesn’t seem to work now. Just keep loading forever when you go to that part of the app. Used to think this app was good but hardly use it now because it’s so unreliable.

Why bother?

Why bother creating an app that just sends you to the Scottish Widows site whenever you try to update anything? There needs to be some means to update your beneficiaries - not even change contribution rate or anything moderately challenging, a truly simple task - without having to get login details sent to your home for another website each time you go in the app? App is basically a staging area for low level financial advice articles and to link you to Scottish Widows, waste of time

Poor loading

Every time I try to load the app it just freezes and I have to log in via website
Would be far better to use the app as a customer

Keeps telling that it sent a security code to the email. Never received any code.

Fantastic!

Excellent app; I use it daily to track multiple pension, investment and bank accounts. It has a comprehensive list of ‘open banking’ connections and the ability to manually add accounts, if they’re not available on open banking. Tracks performance over time, so you can see historical valuations.

Not secure.

Only uses a four digit pin to access. My Facebook account is more secure than my pension!

Use biometrics for access like every other banking app.
