Can’t access the app ever
What a useless app, tried so many times to sign in and it keeps saying use another device to activate,,,, you guys are a joke, you changed your email address without even letting your customers know, you are not capable of being trusted with peoples pension funds

Awful. Can never get in & Asks for a token. No added features or tools. Stuck in the dark ages lol the rest of the support and helpline.
Why can you not perform any transactions in your app?
Can you spend some of our fees on developing an app where you can perform actions - it’s pretty basic exception these days. You’ve been hiding behind this excuse over a year now which is not a “short period”!!!

Great site
LifeSight not only gives you your account details, balance, investment choices, but it includes helpful, practical information to help you plan for retirement. My only criticism is that it should be easier too acres from multiple devices
