Latest update worse

App down for 2 days. Now new version of the app won’t let you sign in without QR code or generating a new password. Website takes you round a loop. 2 years ago this was given a one star and it’s safe to say the app is now worse. Doesn’t do what it says on the tin.

System down for maintenance for 5 days without prior knowledge. Hands down the most incompetent company I’ve come across. Thankfully work are moving us to a different pension provider

Good when it works which is seldom

See the review from Narap from 2-years ago as nothing has changed. Works for a couple of days then it won’t recognise you so off to the website for a code. This then works for one or two times before the best fix is to uninstall and start again. On the plus side they have an iPad app but please fix it
