- Generated password in the website doesn't work
- Can’t even get into it
- Generate a passcode on the pension app that just closed
- Nothing is working
- Impossible to log in
- Not been able to access my pension
- No reply to emails
- Logs you out
- Impossible to find your account details
- Good luck trying to log in
- Obtaining log in credentials is difficult
- Messing with our money, our savings
- How hard is it to migrate databases!?!
- Easy to login through my work portal if my app signs me out
- Extremely horrible. Been trying to log on for a few months now.
- Not a single way successful even after putting the right details in
- Keep on resetting but never able to log in
- Despite other reviews, I’ve had no issues with this app.
- After initial setup, which took a few minutes, it uses Face ID to login.
- Simply never works.
- Won’t remember login details
- Endless looping
- How do they manage to make something so difficult to use?
- Password can’t be saved
- Have to log into the website to generate a new password each time
- Completely negating the need for the app in the first place.
- This app should be heralded as a supreme example of how not to create an app.
- Watching a loading bar slowly edge it’s way to around 75% and then wonder if it will ever reach 100%
- It will never reach 100%
- Doesn’t load any information
- When you contact WTW to let them know, they just ignore your email.
- Wouldn’t bother wasting your time with this app - or WTW to that end.
- It doesn’t do much
- Makes me log in to the website to get a code every time.
- Won’t allow me to log on even though credentials work on website.
- After an hour or so of messing around trying, I saw that other reviews also highlighted issues, so have deleted.
- Amazing that for something as important as a pension, they don’t have a workable app.
- Latest update has broken the ability to see unit price changes
- Making it completely useless for making any investment decisions.
- Absolutely shocking
- I’m moving my pension away from Towers Willis Watson and the primary reason is access to the simplest information is practically impossible.
- This app is part of the issue.
- Won’t log in with credentials I know are correct.
- Tried to re-download it thinking it was an app error and now it won’t even download from the App Store.
- Dreadful.
- Very slow to load.
- Logs out immediately if you swap to another app.
- Historic fund prices no longer working after the last update.
- The app is fairly rudimentary.
- Could be hugely improved by introducing cookies that weren’t automatically deleted whenever the app is updated, such that the app didn’t force the user to enter their full credentials.
- Since the password is only available from the online portal, this is a real waste of time and energy.
- Projected benefits displayed is never accurate .
- Just can’t use this thing as it won’t let me log in with the same userID / password combination I use for the website.
- Slow performance, ugly design, limited feature set.
- Just about the worst app in its category.
- Lets you track most aspects of your pension.
- Love the unit price graphs, helpful to manage your own investments.
- The one advantage this app has is it means you can’t check your pension and be acceptable to the fluctuations in the market and that affecting your mood.
- Honestly, in this day and age it’s crazy how bad this is.
- This is a terrible app I have ever used.
- Takes ages to load and doesn’t load most of the times and asks me to remove account and try again.
- Even if it loads by luck, doesn’t show really useful information.
- Can’t believe my pension is being managed here and it really scares me.
- Even kids do better job than this.
- This app is as terrible as their support team.
- I hope my company moves away from this rubbish as soon as possible.
- I am not even able to login to mobile app with generated credentials.
- Just tried multiple times and tired of it.
- Just deleted the app.
- Such a shame.
- Can’t log on using same credentials as website.
- Terrible experience.
- Thanks for managing my pension though - I’m sure that’s better…
- No longer works
- Reported it to WTW as usual no response from them.
- 😩
- Can not log in
- Followed the directions to generate code from website to sign in to the app and not woking.
- Frustrating!
- Utter shambles of a App
- It’s stopped working
- I’ve been using the app for years with no issues.
- However, it’s recently stopped connecting and I get a generic network or service error.
- Is the App broken?
- Been trying to login for the last 5 days and get the same error.
- Is there an issue with your service?
- Not the best app even when it does work which now seems like a distant memory.
- By far the worst app in time to load I’ve ever seen.
- Time for a rebuild.
- Unresponsive
- There’s only really one word to describe this app, and that’s diabolical.
- You’ve only got to look at the review ratings to realise it’s rubbish.
- Not working for a long time
- Arguably the worst of the worst application you can ever get, enjoy struggling with it!
- Extremely poorly executed
- Does not work
- App crashes
- The app is not reliable.
- After a period of use, it now crashes at the login screen.
- Disappointing.
- Can’t login
- Mr red
- Utter crap
- This is the first review I’ve ever given for an app.
- This is also the worst app I think I have ever used.
- New app is terrible
- Laid out all wrong, very difficult to find what you need
- The old app displayed your value from the last time you logged in briefly then your new value so you could tell if it had gone up or down.
- No way of telling on the new without changing the dates etc.
- Bring back the old one.
- App crashes
- The app always crashes.
- Release a fix please!
- Still crashing
- Still not fixed
- Zero star
- There ought to be a zero star rating you can give.
- This app would qualify.
- The app requires you to log on to their website and generate a passcode every time you want to use the app.
- Kind of defeats the object.
- Crash
- App keep crashing :(
- Old app was much better
- Simply doesn’t work
- You wouldn’t expect such a terrible app to get sign-offs and published.
- It simply doesn’t work
- I hope at least WTW is doing a better job managing my pension.
- Staggeringly bad
- Why release a product that generates such bad customer satisfaction?
- It is sooo bad, it’s beyond comprehension.
- All those involved in bringing this app to market should be embarrassed and mortified by their involvement.
- A one star rating is two too many.
- Slow, unstable, practically unusable
- One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.
- Feels like it’s been developed by a first year archaeology student who got bored of digging up fossils and decided to make one.
- Been years, no improvements, safe to say they don’t really care about this app.
- Poor
- Waste of time
- I will have retired before it lets me on
- GIJHH10
- Unable to log in
- I’m getting network error message when trying to access my account and reading other reviews it seems to be an issue.
- This application should not have gone live if you cannot get past a login page…
- Shocking and doesn’t give me much confidence that my account is safe on this application!!
- Terrible
- This app worked for years however in the last 3 years it has been horrific.
- I have been having issues and when calling they are unable to help.
- In the last few months it says it is a service issue or being updated.
- I have tried to reset using code provided online still no success.
- Surely if the app was working successfully for years and you have tried to update unsuccessful then you should revert back to the old process until you sort out the problems.
- Covid is being blamed for everything this is not an excuse.
- Sort this out for your customers
- Extremely poor
- For a massive scheme like ours you should expect the basics to be there.
- Login experience woeful, login issues repeatedly, no functionality, a checklist that looks complete with no Design thinking at all.
- Needs to be moved to someone more capable.
- No stars if I could give it that.
- What’s the point with app?
- App doesn’t load and all you get is timeout error.
- To make it worse, the app conveniently ignores the fact that you have enabled Face ID before but still makes you go through the 15 steps before you generate the passcode to log in …
- Who am I kidding? I meant getting the network / timeout error.
- App keeps crashing
- Downloaded this app to track my retirement and savings performance.
- Haven’t been able to open it.
- It seems to be loading and is always suddenly crashing.
- Needs a lot of improvement
- Awful
- Logged in fine when I set it up.
- Each subsequent time I try to login the page fails to load.
- Doesn’t work
- Don’t offer it if you can’t support.
- Terrible for the brand and just makes Willis Tower Watson look incompetent
- Load time and errors
- This app needs sorting out.
- These must be clearly known issues with it in terms of the load time every time you click on the app, and the fact that with every single time on the first time of logging in it fails / times out, and then eventually works on the second attempt.
- Listen to your customers and take action please!
- Hopeless
- Completely useless.
- Used to retrieve pension value maybe once every 5 times, now it never works.
- Shouldn’t be available as an app.
- Fairly typical of WTW’s approach to everything in my experience.
- Worst app ever
- Lots have said it but this app is rubbish.
- Doesn’t connect!
- Ages to load - you need to improve this!!
- Awful
- It doesn’t work … that's about it!!
- Still Complete crap
- Frequently fails to connect, claiming network error or due to service being down.
- Happens on multiple different connections and other apps work fine so can only assume that they take the service down for maintenance 6 days a week or so….
- The fact that the first option it then gives you is to “Remove saved account” is hardly user friendly and perhaps indicates how much confidence/interest they place in this app….
- Will they ever fix it?!
- Awful application
- This really is a shocking application.
- The amount of timeouts, lag and disruption this causes is unbelievable.
- Trouble to log in
- More than 90% of the time you when try to log in it does not work , and if it works it takes ages to connect.
- Rubbish
- Never loads.
- Waste of time and space.
- Badly designed and terrible to use (on the rare occasions it lets you in).
- Never fully opens
- The App only worked when I set it up with previous iOS versions, since the last two or three iOS versions the App keeps crashing once it opens.
- No matter if it’s uninstalled and installed back, the results are always the same
- Can't even log in
- When it works it's useful to keep an eye on things.
- However it frequently stops logging for no reason.
- Quicker to get the laptop and log in via the main website than user this
- Absolutely shocking
- Not sure how this app has met any of Apple’s basic criteria for a financial service application …
- As with previous app next to impossible to get a connection and all you get from the IT devs is uninstall, clear cache and reinstall …
- Have seen better quality apps from my child’s year 7 IT class …
- The developers should be truly embarrassed by the fundamental basics of access!
- Note to App Store for ratings need to have a zero star rating as this is a prime candidate
- Can’t be completed / Check Internet
- When adding a second device this message is generated.
- Do you have any fix?
- Very average.
- The app shows some basic pension details, but it’s extremely slow and looks like something that was built for early smart phones.
- Could really do with a facelift and some work behind the scenes to bring it up to date and make user experience smoother.
- Can’t even log on
- I am using the same details as the website and it doesn’t recognise me.
- Just changed my password and I can see I’ve entered it correctly.
- What hope for the rest of the app?
- Total rubbish
- This is the first app I have tried to use where I have commented as it’s total crap.
- I phoned them to ask why I couldn’t connect and was told it was a known issue and being fixed by the end of the day.
- Well that was 2 days ago and I still can’t connect.
- If you can’t design an app for modern day use then don’t bother and save your money.
- If I was this company, I would ask for my money back from the developers as you’ve been defrauded as a child could have done a better job with this app.
- Useless
- As others have said. Historically 3/4 of the time it fails to load although over the last week or so that has increased to 100% failure.
- Don’t waste space on your device with this garbage.
- Frustrating ….
- Awful app, fails to log in the majority of the time, haven’t been able to log in for over two weeks …., takes ages to give the same error message.
- It seems others have the same issue, hence the appalling rating applied.
- Zero Rating
- Is this App supposed to work.?
- Pretty poor
- Slow to load. 46 seconds..like it’s running on a spectrum , just to find it has no functionality, other than fund value .
- Even the ? Help buttons don’t work and points you back to the portal.
- Also needs different login credentials!
- Quicker to use the main website…
- App is crashing
- App keeps on crashing, can we do anything ?
- Why launch an app that doesn’t work!!!
- Downloaded the app and excited to finally see info about my pension to only find data never gets populated in.
- Pointless!
- Terrible app
- Not sure who made this app but it is terrible.
- I thought there was something wrong with my connection but the issue is the app.
- I wouldn’t leave a negative feedback normally but this app is frustrating and time wasting.
- The app crashing
- The app keep crashing all the time and close once it is open
- Very bad
- App does not work
- Agree with all the other reviews.
- Cannot get the app to work with the credentials supplied on the website - keeps timing out saying network error or service is down.
- Worst app I have ever come across
- Exactly the same as multiple other users, cannot log in at all, just presented with an error message stating to check connection - all other apps working fine.
- Even the website has got worse (didn’t think it was possible) and slower.
- Absolutely not recommended at all.
- Worked first time, but not since
- Downloaded the iOS app and worked first time, but hasn’t worked since.
- It takes ages to connect before failing with the same error messages noted by other reviewers.
- I’ve reinstalled and it’s still not worked, so have deleted.
- WTW clearly need to update the app to make it fit for purpose.
- Terrible
- As others have mentioned it simply doesn’t work.
- The old version was slow but at least it did work.
- It crash all the time!
- I’m using iOS 14.4.2.
- You open the app, login & shows briefly the initial screen, then it shut down by itself!
- I change my credentials, remove the whole app, try different device. All the same!
- What a Terrible app, devs be ashamed
- I don’t normally leave reviews for app but found it was necessary in this case, the app is terrible, it takes ages to load and when trying to add to a new device you get either a timeout error or can’t be completed please check your internet connection, my connection is fine, works for everything else just not this app, I feel a child made this app.
- Devs take a good look at this app, then destroy it and start again with the build, i’m very disappointed with this app and would not recommend it to anyone.
- Crash
- The app crashes every time I open it.
- It does not stay open.
- Crashes all the times
- This app is a big disappointment and unusable.
- One would expect more from a company of this size.
- Crashes continually
- The app crashes all the time.
- It does not even stay open for more than a few seconds
- Average
- Awkward, slow and generally basic.
- As an app this poor in the grand scheme of things.
- App keeps crashing
- The app keep crashing within few seconds after you log in.
- Also, the information displayed are much limited as compared to the old version of the same app.
- IOS 13.7 Iphone SE not working !
- ...
- Crash after start up
- Using latest ios on an iphone and this app crashes every single time.
- Great app
- Easy to use and give me all the info I need about my pension
