Easy to use. Made a change in investments and changed my address. Didn’t use calculators, but good to see they’re there.

This app has come leaps and bounds from the last review I had posted about it. Almost 7 months later and it’s usable, dare I say user friendly even.
There are a lot of competitors with a more intuitive interface but this will do.
Well done to the developers. A bit more in improvements to match some features on competitors and you will have done great.

Biometrics log in
When, when, when are you going to fix biometrics log in. I’ve been in contact with support for what seems like an eternity and it never gets fixed with each new update
Does not work
Stuck on authenticating - will not open - deleting the app going back to website - don’t waste your time installing
Absolute CON-artists
I was introduced to these criminals by a compnany that I worked for. I payed into this company’s savings scheme every fortnight.
Now I have left the company and have requested to take my saved money as a single payment (leavers payment) it’s like it’s a ghost company.
If you manage to get through to them on the phone no one can give you a straight answer and just clearly reads the lies off of the website.
I wouldn’t wish this painful, non-communicative, unprofessional and ridiculous ‘investings/savings’ plan company to a terrorist organisation let alone my worst enemy. Joke.

We're so sorry to hear you're unhappy and that we've failed to meet your expectations. Under UK law, we are restricted to when we are allowed to pay retirement savings out to people. This is usually due to the person being below the minimum pension age of 55 (which is rising to 57 in 2028). While I am unable to see your specific circumstances here, I would encourage you to speak to us again on 0800 368 68 68 so we can either help you make a withdrawal, or more clearly explain why you are unable to (if that is the case).
