Rubbish in the extreme
Awful app. Absolutely useless. Login takes an ages every time but it pretends that it has set up facial recognition and next time you’ll only need the PIN number. Lies. Honestly, if they can’t work a simple app I’m not sure I want them looking after my money.
Frustrating
The app is ok but the fact that it won't stay logged in for more than about 24 hours is terrible. There are many reviews saying the same thing.... how hard can it be for a large company like Mercer to fix? I'm sure a mediocre App Developer could do it in 5 mins. So annoying.

Asks for a device PIN number but only accepts 4 digits. Upshot is I cannot use the app on my device
App awful - forgets details
I am so frustrated having to reload password details as the app seems to forget the every couple of days, and gets stuck in an authentication loop.
The only way to fix it is ‘log out’ and ‘log in’ again … but that only sorts things for about 24 hours.
Please fix - not good enough for a major provider.

Not great
Often hangs or forgets login details - have to repeatedly confirm pin and Face ID. Ok-ish when it works, but so regularly have to repeat verification it hardly seems worth it.
App is useless
0 Stars - app is useless constantly have to resign in with user name and password and the setup pin. When setup go to enter pin and getting spinning circle then have to resign up again and again . Told Mercer about but they not interested and said no intention to fix it and they only effect small number of customers. Their response just use the website. Very poor for large company that makes millions.

App often won’t open, and when it does acts like I have never logged on before having to set up Face ID & pin. Very frustrating

The worst financial app I’ve ever used
The content seems fine but I hardly get to see it. The system is difficult to log in to. Continuously whirring circle, crashing and getting logged makes it impossible to use. I’ve never done an app review before but wanted to give feedback in hope that it helps. I’d really like to use the app.
I’m adding more!! I just read some previous reviews. People have been telling you the same thing for 2 years!!!! Why have you not listened?? Actually make that 3 years!! Wow!!

Horrible app
Impossible to log in, when you have it set up it constantly forgets you have it set up on your phone. Doesn’t remember updates.
Can’t even login
Try to login. Sends code via sms. Switch to messages to get code and when you return back to app it asks to login again. Fail. Your poor app and clunky website it making me consider changing kiwisaver providers.

More important is that the app forgets details for some reason. The number of times I have had to submit details as if I am using the app for the first time – including verifying Face ID – is ridiculous: either make the app work with this feature, or don’t give the option at all.
It seems like this app was built three or four years ago and then forgotten about.
I would love to have access to my KiwiSaver details quickly without having to go to an actual computer, but at this point, this app isn’t the solution.

Worthless and frustrating
This app is so bad! I have to do the full login everytime i try to use this app. When the verification code is sent and you go out and come back to the mercer app to copy the code, the app goes through the whole login process again so you end up in a loop where you can’t use the verification code that has been sent. Hopefully they are better at managing my money than designing apps.

Worst app experience you will ever see!
Easily the worst app experience you will ever come across! A fake website would look more legit than this trash application. Has me worried that such a big financial company can produce such garbage. Makes me wonder what else is wrong with the company behind the scenes…
Very unreliable
I would have expected Mercer to provide an app that is customer centric. In the last few weeks this app constantly logs me out, fails to remember my security settings - including my PIN and biometric login. Each time I open the app I have to re-sign using email and password. This is a waste of time and indicates a profound lack of governance over security and access to Mercer held customer account data. I do not recommend or endorse this app. Use a website instead.

This is more of a webpage portal than an app, nothing is optimised and constantly asks to login
Log in issues
Every time I get a sms,I lose the log in page and have to start again.
Needs work
Team you really need to sort your app out. Latest issue, can’t log in or even get back to login screen. Time to delete app and go back to website.
