Never had any problems
I love my bank .The only thing I would change is, I would need notifications in real time while spending my money or making any transaction. I would use my card more if they had this feature.

Easy to use & gives me access to all the information I need.
Pointless text alerts
The app will send out text alerts if your account balance gets below a set amount. However, it only checks the balance once a day in the “wee hours of the morning,” according to employees. So, if your account goes in the negative, you won’t be notified until the next day.... after the NSF fees have posted. Also, after the last update, the app no longer shows the information on our loan. We can only see past transactions; not amount due, and it fluctuates.

upgrade on way!
app quit working when I upgraded to iOS 9. called tech support & was told upgraded app was pending Apple approval.
iPhone problem
Works on my iPad but stop working on my iPhone. Also needs a print option!
