Who over sees the online banking app ? Whose job is it responsible for maintaining this app?
My recommendation would be whoever is handling this whoever is responsible for making this user Friendly called that he needs to step it up. Because it is extremely dysfunctional and very confusing. You can’t even change to go to the next page on your statement because whoever is overseeing, this has a huge message button for example, if you want to have a live chat, so every time you click go to the next page all you keep doing is it’s insane. Something that basic that you can’t even view your statements.

Frustrating app
Slow app. Often does not work. Often shuts down. Bill pay has not worked on my app for weeks.

Reliable and Intuitive
Definitely one of the better mobile banking apps I’ve used. Login process is reliable which I find most important. General baking functions such as transfers are intuitive and quick.
Make payment
No there button to make payment and not easy to navigate
