Frustrating app
Slow app. Often does not work. Often shuts down. Bill pay has not worked on my app for weeks. Transfer function does not work well or at all (and that function does not work on Leader’s website either). Leader’s mobile and online banking has made me want to switch banks, although it is a big project to do that. If it were easier to switch, I would have already done it.

Leader Bank online banking
Very informative and easy to use. I have been a customer for a year now, and I only had to go into the branch once to do a wire transfer. Move, money, pay bills, and deposit checks, all online. All easy to do and very reliable.

Can’t even see the basics of my account. Only allows me to send money or put a payment in. Can’t see my balances. This is the worst banking website I’ve ever worked with
