Can’t update external accounts for deposit
The app is garbage. Incapable of updating the external accounts to deposit into a money market account, which I would assume should be a pretty basic functionality for a banking app….
Not good for CDs
App is not useful if you only have a CD, as you can only see your current balance. Unlike other banking apps, for some reason they don’t show interest posted each month in the transaction activity section. To see the interest posted, you need to sign in via a browser and then retrieve a detailed report. Not intuitive at all and needed to call to speak with a representative. It makes viewing your monthly interest inconvenient, so if not improved (fixed?) before CD matures, I will likely move funds elsewhere.
May 2025 update: Pleased to report you can now see CD interest in transaction section. Changed to 4 stars. Would have been nice for developers to have posted a response to my review.

Easy to use, couple of buts
I like the app overall. It’s easy to use and I like the Spendable Money feature.
The use of the iPhone’s Keychain doesn’t seem to work right though. Thankfully it uses biometrics too but it should use the Keychain like other apps do.
A native iPad app would be nice too vs the blown up iPhone app on the iPad.

Money Transfer
Overall I find the App to be good but transferring money which I mainly use it for does not do a good job regarding transfer date. Coming from the Banking world you should be able to pick the date you want (outside of weekend and bank holidays) and the App should show you what days are available. For example can’t schedule July 3 as a date. Also the calendar could highlight which days are available to transfer so you don’t have to go back and forth picking next days. It’s good that after you pick a date and it’s not available it tells you what the next available date is. Why not just show the dates and avoid multiple steps.

Mobile deposit is the worst i’ve seen in all banking since 2015
Mobile deposit is almost useless it took me calling the bank multiple times to learn the instructions on the app are not what they actually needed.

This a very convenient and easy to use tool for a busy business owner like myself. Works like a charm every time!
Love the convenience but....
I really appreciate the opportunity to use digital banking and remote deposit BUT it if very frustrating that the option to login with the touch option never works!! I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times but it never allows me to utilize the option.
