Frustrating…nothing works on the app!

Download it it’s an iPhone 13 run an iOS 26. Go to the login screen and hit login gives you no confirmation that you logged in. And when you try to do anything like view a bill pay a bill download your card. It does nothing. The only thing that seems to work is bringing up the phone number, so if you want to file a claim which defeats the purpose if you want to use the app.

The app is useless. Nothing works.

This app does not work and has never worked for me. All you are able to do is open and close the app. Does not let you login. Typical just like their website. Wish I could put 0 stars.

for being a big company you would think they would be concerned about their image and PR.
I must say that a lot of times the password doesn’t work even though if you go onto the website on the laptop, you can login with the same password.
Also, the app is buggy you can tell the last update that they did
Why would the issue such an act like this, without really working on it and continually trying to make it better that speaks a lot for the company.

Worse App Ever
Any chance you can invest more than $85 in an App? This is a joke.. you know people depend on accessing their data if needed for a broken window or car accident. Please make the investment.

The website does not work on Apple devices.
That's a problem if a customer needs to show policy id to a police officer. I just spent 20 minutes with an IT tech and we could not get it to work on either my I phone or IPad.
I suggest Merchants works on fixing this.

Never works without aggravation applied - never try to pay last minute because they make you sweat it out due to the lousy app never working properly

This is quite possibly the worst app I’ve ever tried to use. Completely non functional.

Used to work but now it doesn’t. A real pain to have to go to the website.

This app is terrible. I cannot view my bill or view or download my insurance cards.
Does not work fully on apple devices
Used to work wonderfully on apple devices. Could log in and look at my policy, pay bill, etc. about a year ago the app stopped working. I can go into the app, but when I go to login it gets stuck in a never ending loading circle on the login screen. I have tried to reach out to someone to correct it with no result working. So now instead of paying through the app, I have to go to the website through google search login to the website, get sent to another website, and pay an additional fee to pay through chase ($5). App need a huge overhaul.

Havent been able to get passed the log in for months. Even before that the app was horrendous but at least you could log in.

App was good, now unable to get passed the login screen. Can’t pay bills. (Even on the website I can’t even get passed the login. Will update review when I’m able to log in and pay my bill again.

I can rarely log in successfully, the submission times out all the time!
On those rare occasions that I do log on successfully and provide the request to pay my premium -THAT times out, or the request is dumped without registering the payment.
I have given up making multiple tries, because it is so frustrating.
Additionally, your automated pay by phone system often has the same types of problems!!
It makes me want to leave this company, simply because of these failings!!
I never have this level of problems with other websites, and I pay almost ALL of my bills on line.
