Decent App Needs A Dark Mode!
Please Add a Dark Mode! This is my only app without it. I don’t like the white background. :(
Was great and then they upgraded
Since they upgraded a few months ago ebills has not been working properly. The new bill paying process is difficult and time consuming. Once you have actually managed to pay a bill it often displays on your activity and statement that you have paid the money to someone else. I love the bank and bill paying was quick and easy before the “upgrade”. I have called them many times and apparently they are”working on it”. I’m opening an account with another bank so that I can pay bills easily.

Great Bank
I have banked with several banks and I can say with complete honestly Merck is hands down the best. They do not nickel and dime you and charge fees for things that you were told wouldn’t… not like WF or BOA… The members at the branch treat you like family and remember your name and children(s) name. This type of service is slowly fading away, and it is so nice to see an institution follow an old school approach.

Bill pay not easy
Not only did this app hide electronic check deposit beneath menus, bill pay is no longer intuitive. Not great if everything one tries to do takes three or four minutes to figure out. It sometimes feels a bit like using early versions of MS windows from a decade ago.

Needs an update!
This app stopped working months ago and says there’s an issue with my login. But I can log in just fine on the website, so it’s an app issue only. It’s incredibly frustrating because it’s obviously a common issue across users and it’s been months like this. Please fix for us!
Will not work at all on multiple phones
Just says a error has occured and to call for assistance. Tried on multiple different phones with different software and only 1 worked that hasnt been updated in a while. Extremely annoying
This app just does NOT work
I’ve used this app before on my old Android phone, and it did its job well. However, after switching to my iPhone(~7 months ago), I have not been able to get this app to access my account ONCE. It either tells me that it can’t verify my credentials or it tells me to call the Call Center. Doing the latter just ends up with a customer service rep telling me there’s no issue with my login information, and that I’m not locked out. As I live outside the U.S., not having the ability to deposit a check could end up as a big issue should the need ever arise. Please fix the app.

Works when it wants to
I would say about 25% of the time, the app locks and will not acknowledge account and password or simply won’t respond. I have to delete and reload at least once a week.
Has not worked for months
Even after updating my phone and iOS to the latest model and version, I am still unable to log in

Was working now it isn’t. Keeps saying “we are unable to validate your information...”.
I have to go on the actual website in order to log on the my account since the app isn’t working. Really annoying!!

Mobile deposit still doesn’t work
They keep pushing me to use mobile deposit on my checks, but it either says that I took two pictures of the front (I didn’t) or that it can’t read the signature. Great for getting a quick view of my accounts, but absolutely useless for deposits.
VERY unstable app
This app is down more than it's up. Half the time I try to open it I get an error message saying "We're sorry but we can validate your credentials. Please try again later. Of course this always happens when I REALLY need it to work. EXTREMELY ANNOYING!!!!!
Doesn’t work
After updating to iOS 14 this app no longer works. I’ve deleted and re-added, reset my phone settings, and waved a dead chicken around. Nothing. Just gets the loading screen and never moves on. So frustrating.
Revert Update 20.2.60
iPhone SE is having connection issues with update 20.2.60 and not allowing login to app. Please make update 20.1.200 available for redownload.

I cannot use my mobile phone anymore which is causing me misery, grief and headaches.There goes another useless app for me when I’m on the go!
App is not working in iPhone 11
I have recently upgraded my phone from iPhone6 to iPhone 11. The app was working fine in iPhone 6 but it’s not working in iPhone 11 (the authentication is keep failing)
