Horrible accounting
We like to make big payments on our HELOC multiple times a month. When we do the system puts in two deposits and then reverses one of them. It makes reviewing the account less than clear. This has been brought to Mercantiles attention multiple times but still hasn’t been corrected. Makes me less confident in the whole system if a little issue like this can go unfixed.

Great most of the time
I’m always able to switch between accounts, transferring money between them. I can also make my house payment electronically which is amazing! Sometimes the website or app goes down and I am unable to do my banking. The next day it is always fixed.
