4 mbps, yeah your reading that right, Four megabytes per second. You need to pay upfront for the month thats not even due yet, why? So my internet can continue to crash out at least once every day?
App Review
The app is constantly making me reset my password when I know that I have the correct one. I can use the app about once in 20 times of trying. The service itself is good, they need to get an app that work though.

Horrible service
Horrible Internet, service, horrible customer service
Terrible signal
Very poor connection. Everything lags or disconnects randomly. I've tried rebooting and that doesn't help. I'm sorry I left my old service it was ten times better! Not worth it!
Payment
I have had several technicians out and they told me that they couldn’t do anything because the system would no longer work for me. They took the payment out 2 days before I cancelled and they refused to refund any of my money. Watch out for a company like this
Fast Service
Called in for internet and the Service Technician Micheal Stott came right out and quickly installed internet for us. It’s been great!
