Lacks vital important features
The app is beyond dated and doesn’t work properly
The following features that should be standard for any bank / credit union no matter that size in 2025
Biometrics login (Face ID)
Push notifications so you know when transactions are taking place
Ability to send external transfers to other accounts you own.
Have a member to member transfer or participate in Zelle.
Card lock facility (ability to lock the card if needed) Similar to co-op card nav app found at many other unions.
I love my account at Mercy I was employee of the hospital but I feel let down and so does my family members.
Please update the app to allow more required basic features that are missing

I’ve never had an issue
App works good. Have never had an issue.
Get a new app developer
Never works, have to uninstall and reinstall all the time. Never updates on time. The time zone is completely different. Needs to work more like other bank apps. But doesn’t.
Frustrated
I have to delete the ap every time after I logout! Seriously, fix it!!!
