I paid for gems and other stuff that was on an even that is now over and never received them. I restarted the game and everything and still nothing.
Needs a lot of fixing
The idea of the game is good but there is hardly much room to be able to keep producing items to merge and when using a producer, you only get 3 or 4 items then it needs to recharge which takes hours and by that stage I have moved onto another game.
I had also purchased gems offer twice which was advertised at $1.99 each but then got charged $2.99 each and never received the purchase. So not only false advertising but do not receive what you pay for.
With all these issues, it seems that this company wants to suck money out of everyone for very little.
If you don’t fix these issues, people will get tired of waiting so long and therefore move onto other games as there are so many out there where you can progress a lot quicker than this one and you receive a lot more rewards and bonuses than this one.

I’m on level 30 of this game now and it’s started asking you to turn in producers that have taken months to collect. Other orders are locked until you do so. I’m not willing to go any further with it if this is what’s to happen.
