Rip off
Luna daily trade. I clicked on the daily trade. Information had just over 4 hours left. I could click on the line for an ad. Clicked numerous times. Nothing. On right hand side it said 40 rubies to get whatever Lunas daily trade was. It looked like trees. I clicked on that side. 40 rubies vanished out of my stash. And I got a BIG FAT NOTHING!!! So thanks for nothing. What a rip off. Major con.

Lost my progress
I stopped playing for a few months and when I started playing again all my progress disappeared and I had to restart which was very disappointing! Other than that I really do love this game!

Do not resolve issues
Gameplay is glitchy - rewards are offered but you can’t get them even if you do the tasks and so can’t progress- contact support - nothing, no compensation, no by passing from their end (not possible according to support). I’m sure that for those I’ve paid for I have some legal recourse. No where else can you make a faulty purchase and have this much trouble
