Good game, but a critical bug is being left unfixed
The game itself is addictive and very well made. You aren’t forcibly interrupted by ads, so it’s comfortable to play.
However, for quite a while now there’s been a bug where rewards don’t unlock even after you finish watching an ad. For an ad-supported game this is a very serious problem, so I expected it to be fixed quickly — but it still hasn’t been resolved. Once this bug happens, ad rewards seem to stay disabled for a while, and the same issue keeps happening over and over. Maybe they benefit from making people watch ads multiple times because of it, but it’s extremely frustrating, so I want this fixed as soon as possible.

Awesome Game!
This game is so entertaining and addicting, I play it everyday on my iPad! A feature I would like them to add is to add a log-in — Gmail, anything. All of my devices have different gameplays and it is so annoying to have to log on all devices just to claim daily rewards. Other than that, I love this game. Definitely install it.

The gems I purchased
I like the game. I would like my gems that I purchased. I have given you screen shots of proof of purchases. Please give me the gems I have purchased.
Frustrated with a couple things
1. When you go to purchase gems, there is an option that will let me download and play other games in order to get gems in this game. That feature does not work. I downloaded multiple games and played them. But were dragons always had some technical issue after I already installed. It kept saying there was a connection error. That is very frustrating. Either a feature should work or it shouldn’t exist.
2. The game will often give you the option to watch an ad to get a reward or something of the sort. But increasingly the ads go on forever and there’s never a way to close them or my phone screen just goes black. Nothing plays or sounds and there’s also no way to get out of that unless you close the app. This is also very frustrating. Please fix this. I know that ads is one of the ways everyone gets paid and I’m happy to take advantage of the offer. But the offer has to work for me to use it.

I hate how you win the merge levels on Thursday and Sunday when you win it’s never in those big sparkly circles that are noticeable and you can click on they’re in tiny bubbles that I have to search around and find them I just won and I cannot find them at all please fix

Today I really don’t like the game. I need to update went on app it did something . Now I don’t have any of the gifts that I got.

I used to play this game a while back. I couldn't return to it. Too much pay to play. Too much incentive to buy stuff. Purchases are shoved in your face. Not to mention the disgusting use of ai in their ads. Overall, I'd give this game 0/5 if I could.
Seasons
I love the different seasons so much but the thing that annoys me the most about it is the healing sequence. I’ll have a heart next to a low level or almost complete healing process and it will skip over that process to go and heal land that has is higher level and not close to being healed…….. fix this bug please. Still the same problem and it’s annoying especially because I spend a good amount of money attempting to pass the seasons

Merge Dragons
I like the game a lot. I got over 200 dragon power in only a few days. The only problem is I can’t make any dragon homes. I only have the one. I checked the shop, and contacted the game but it still doesn’t have them in my build shop.
Love it tho you should make gems more often and easy to get because its annoying

Ok so I have a problem. I have dragon eggs and items from like 3+ years ago and they are just taking up soooo much space 😢. Could you please add a feature that allows you to sell eggs and items for coins or even gems??? If you do read this, thank you so much for taking the time and energy to read this.

Gets addictive real quick
In the adds it seemed like a decent game but when you actually start playing it becomes more fun.
When all the dragons are asleep I either tidy up the space or play levels.
This is probably the only game i’ve got a high streak on.

Excellent game I play 3-4 hours each day - lots of events to participate in and good rewards
Merge merge merge
Game would be great if items in the game did not cost a ridiculous amount of gems. Meaning to have any real fun or make real progress or win events you must buy gems. Very few opportunities to earn gems and only small amounts.
