Fun Game But Some Ads ๐
I truly enjoy this game and play daily. I donโt mind ads that run four 30 seconds, but some run for 2 minutes long (CrownCoins Casino specifically). I end up closing the app and not play anymore because of it. Other than that, the game is easy and fun to play.

AI art cost cutting, and the app doesn't work anymore. I had ten items in my item queue from an event that just ended. Decided to collect my daily reward for tasks, and it deleted everything I had. Cutting corners for a worse product, it's a shame how my favorite phone game has become one I hate opening because of how buggy and little care the devs put in anymore.

buggy & pay to play
Used to love playing this game, even though play is limited without having to pay. Haven't been able to load the game for weeks now since hitting "ok" to restore the reward of a previously watched ad makes the app freeze and there's no way to get app support. I hoped updating the app would resolve it but nope. Be warned you may get locked out

Iโve been playing this game on and off for a few years now. Its a lot of fun if you love merge games, and the storyline is cute. I really appreciate that the ads are optional- you can choose to watch an ad to get extra energy, get a duplicate item..etc..

I've been playing this game since it was released. I started it on my tablet and now I play on my phone. I spend money on the game every once and a while because I know I won't stop playing it. I don't normally spend money on apps or games unless I know I will use it for a long time.

Enjoyed Until Broken
I played this game for years, had progressed very far, enjoyed the challenge and effort it took to get to where I was. An update reset my account that was linked to the multiple options offered, I was left with no coins, gems, purchased promos, and all my max or near max generators. I was devastated.
I recently redownloaded this game in hopes to play again, I played for an hour for a day, and now the next day it wonโt load. I tried waiting for quite some time, then delete and redownload, after 30 minutes it just wonโt work.
I loved this game, I want to love this game again, but it doesnโt seem to want to be played.
I hope this can be resolved, preferably putting me back to where I was years ago, or even just allowing me to play.
Edit: Rerated review as an update was released and a swift response from the developer was sent.

I have played this game for years and have always loved it. I recently had an issue with the game not loading and I contacted support. They fixed it for me ASAP and were very nice. Overall great company and great game!
