Stuck on loading screen 🫤

I do really enjoy this game but since the new update, it keeps getting stuck on the loading screen so I can’t actually play it

ADS

3 minute ads are diabolical. Also every time your screen locks or you answer a text, etc. it’s another ad. And the ads are for games I already have 🙄

FAQ

What is Merge Plus?

Merge Plus is a simple and interesting number game. The core gameplay involves dragging cards from your hand to the chessboard area to merge numbers. When adjacent cards of the same number are formed, they trigger a triple-clear and merge into a new card with an increased number.

How do you play Merge Plus?

You start with five hand cards. Drag the first card from your hand to a card on the chessboard. The number on the chessboard card will update to the sum of both cards. Three or more adjacent cards with the same number will trigger a triple-clear, merging them into a new card with a number value increased by one.

What are the subscription options?

The game offers weekly and monthly VIP memberships. The weekly option costs $4.99 after a 3-day free trial and provides 50 Gems and ad removal. The monthly option costs $9.99 and also provides 50 Gems and ad removal. Pricing may vary by region.

When does the game end?

The game ends when the quantity of your hand cards drops to zero. Players can hold up to five hand cards at any time. Strategic merging and earning new hand cards are key to prolonging gameplay.

How can I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions can be managed by the user through their Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Auto-renewal can be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you cancel during a free trial, you may forfeit any unused portion.
