What’s the point
Two guys. One does all the checks one gets in and turns the key and goes. What difference would you expect in their reviews?

Such a handy app
Been using it on the farm for 6 months. Links between all the phones at work and straight to the office. Getting better and better with every update. And the team are always happy to help. Most people think these apps are a waste off time but eventually your all going to have to get on board 🤙👍🤠
Easy and comprehensive
This app has been very useful in organising regular checks on our Machinary by a simple tick and note system. The app reduces our paper work and ultimately reduce time in the office, shuffling paper. I recommend this app to all farms. Simplicity is the key.

Great Leap Forward
Great system. Been running it for a couple of weeks. Staff were sceptical at first moving away from our daily paper based system. It’s far better, simpler and quicker. Particularly like the fact you tap on the icon on your phone and it goes direct to the list of machinery. As manager easy to see when checks have been done and receive ‘instant’ feedback on potential problems (rather than waiting until end of week with previous paper system). All agricultural businesses should run this system to assist in complying with current H and S legislation. Highly recommended.

Simple daily recording
I found this easy to set up in the office then download the app and start using. Invites to team members are easy and then they can record that machines have been checked daily or automatic notifications are sent of faults back to management. I especially like that photos of issues can easily be added. Haven’t encountered any other app that can record daily checks like this

Better than paper
This is better than having all the daily check paper records in tractors and other machines that never seem to get back to the office. Information goes straight to dashboard on PC in office so records are there immediately building up a good historical record.
Failures or defects are known and parts can be ordered.
Could do with being able to add more maintenance and service records but this appears a good management tool and its free!!

Useful App
Effective app that makes the safety check process more efficient and simple day to day.
Quick, simple & effective
The app provides a simple and straightforward solution to recording daily machinery checks on farm. It looks great and we’re really impressed with the functionality and effectiveness so far. Look forward to it using more and rolling out to the wider team.
Really simple app for daily vehicle checks
Have downloaded and started using. Really impressive. Very simple and totally understands what farmers need to be checking. Doesn’t take long at all to complete checks. Can imagine using across the business.
Unfinished and useless
Received a marketing letter this morning for this app, thought it sounded ideal so downloaded it and found what can barely be described as an app, opens to a sign in page, no option to sign up/ do anything else, went on the website and signed up there, got into the app. Then turns out you can’t add machines on the app, must be done on the website too (nothing is editable on the app).
Now to the most frustrating bit, all the app is for is checking what they deem as important to check. I put that they deem important because again, no option to edit what the checks are. All they cover is morning checks which aren’t all relevant. Also I was expecting to be able to add servicing but the app does not cater for that.
Basically, the app is useless and requires you to go onto the internet to do anything (of which there is very little). No links to help. Would not recommend wasting your time.
