This app is garbage. No matter how many times I try, I can never log into it.
Confusing
I鈥檝e had a couple auto loan apps and this one is by far the most not self explanatory app when it comes to transferring money into the account and around the account. Very frustrating app to work with and set up auto payments 馃檯
Pointless
I鈥檝e been banking with them for years add paystub after paystub and they won鈥檛 give me a credit card so I can build my credit so the worst bank ever
Adequately Staffed
Never have to wait for service. I don鈥檛 feel rushed when I am working with a customer service representative.
Trash
The app crashes over and over, never loads or pulls up, constantly has errors, and over half the time you can鈥檛 even get passed the login screen. Considering switching banks just based on how bad this app runs and inaccessibilities of my account through the app.
Don鈥檛 trust
I paid off a $15,000+ auto loan in March 2026 and come to find out they put my money into a savings account. I didn鈥檛 even know existed. I get a text today saying that I am past due on my payment. Once I made the payment, apparently they called me one time and left a message which I did not see. But they only called me once. So over a 20 day period interest accumulated. Without my knowledge and I had to pay another $102 because they couldn鈥檛 do their job and call me back. I will never trust this company with my money again and I hope you do the same.

If It Ain鈥檛 Broke
I use my Ipad 99% to check my accounts. Now I cannot see what I need to see because screen will NOT reformat t0 landscape. Once this gets fixed then you will have a descent app. I have other financial accounts and EVERY ONE of them I can view in landscape mode on my IPad. Please fix this.
Difficult to Use
It's backwards and not user friendly. Still have to call in for information that should be able to access in the app. Not able to make payments ahead.
Payment.
Very hard to just make a loan payment. Having to transfer to an account and then pay your payment from that is absurd.
Car Payment
Dice we got this loan it has been nothing but trouble to use the app to make the payment!
My husband has called multiple times and nobody seems to be able to help him! We set up direct debit. The payment was taken out and then returned to our account. I transferred money to our credit union account to pay the car payment and for two weeks I have been trying to do so but every time I try to do it the app freezes and will not let me go forward!!!! I will be contacting you on Monday to see if we can get this paid.

Verifying
I have to verify my phone almost every time I log in after I鈥檝e told it that this is my phone. Really annoying otherwise good
Bill Pay - Can鈥檛 see payee details
Why can鈥檛 I see the address info of the payees I鈥檓 paying in bill pay? It鈥檚 nice it finds something and seems to confirm with zip code, but I don鈥檛 feel confident that a smaller local company is going to the right place. I don鈥檛 need to have the ability to change anything, simply show me a street address. Finances are about how we feel as much as functionality. Not only so I don鈥檛 pay my bills late but so that I don鈥檛 have to fight to get my money back when it goes to the wrong place and inevitably I鈥檒l be the one stuck doing that, even if the bill pay software was confident enough to assume I don鈥檛 need to see it.

App improvements
App isn鈥檛 very smooth. Difficult to pay a cc have to do external transfer and wait days then go back in to pay. Would be better to be Apple to just pay the bill.
Outdated hard to use website and app
Use websites and apps all day every day. Nothing is as hard to use as this website. Customer service isn't much better.
Loan payments
I鈥檓 regretting switching my loan payment over to this credit union. They鈥檝e serviced it well. The problem is how tough they make it to simply make a payment. They require the customer have a savings account and that they make the payments from it. So there鈥檚 this huge hassle every month to make an external transfer into this account (which takes at least a day or two to process) before being able to then use that money to pay the loan payment. I鈥檇 simply like to pay my loan directly and instantly.

Bug Problems
Can鈥檛 type any numbers for bill pay or transfers, the keyboard won鈥檛 pop up. Just a bug they need fixed.
