If you manage to login the app shows nothing but bean of the month. Either fix it or give up on having an app!

On iPhone I login and then it asks you to login again and still I aren’t logged in 😬
Can’t find rewards scanner
Had to go seriously hunting for the scan code but couldn’t locate it in time to put it on my order… I had saved it to my Apple Pay a week ago but today it wasn’t there… had to hunt through the website to try and find it… please fix your site. I love the coffee but the app for rewards is putting me off.

Stuck in a sign in loop
Just trying to sign in, the app takes forever to load up every time I’m at the counter to scan my membership, then once it finally loads in I’m signed out, I sign back in right eh correct details and it looks back to signing me out . App doesn’t work properly and is poorly designed. This as well sat the fact when you type your email into the required field every letter jerks the screen completely making me feel motion sick.

Great Coffee Sad App
Merlo Franchises scammed once again by poor Devs.
Get logged out after 5secs, so can’t scan bar code to get rewards and my free coffee. Makes me go to alternative Coffee House where everything works.
This is 2025 and Devs can’t make a simple App work on iPhone 16! Get your dev money back Merlo!

The app simply wouldn’t allow me to register despite following the sign in protocols.

Broken after recent update
Pls fix can’t login on iOS
Doesn’t seem to work
Continually have to log in every couple of seconds and can’t access the loyalty card. I’ve tried re-downloading but that hasn’t fixed it. As it currently is it only shows me ads for different coffee blends and I can’t actually use it for anything so it’s not useful to me. I assume this is some kind of bug so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Current issue with card
Usually this app works fine and is great!! But today when I updated it and logged in the card scan is completely missing - when I explained to a Merlo cafe worker they said it’s happened to a few people today already

Works well and is a great way to check on my points and bean dollars. If I access the website to buy beans from the app I am already logged in, which is a nice feature.

Seriously, tried my best still never signed up successfully.
Did not work
Entered all my personal details (why?) only to go into a loop. Can re-register and can’t start the sign up process again. Deleted.
Completely broken
I have never been able to get past the sign up in this app. After asking for a heap of my personal information including date of birth (maybe change this to month of birth), it says a confirmation email will come - but it never does. Wish there was a way of getting a physical friends of merlo card, because this app is useless.

Can’t set up let alone login. Waste of time and pointless
Failed to Create Account
I wish I could give you a comprehensive review of the app, but after a multi-step signup process, I can’t even create an account. After having done away with physical loyalty cards, maybe it’s a clever way of stopping free coffees.
Underdone App
It not only crashes when you attempt to update personal info but, whilst it does display individual purchase dates, there are no credits associated with any of them. Very poor reflection on the brand!
Failed to register account
I don’t know why it asks for so much personal information but after trying multiple times it still “fails to create account”. 😡
