Really been helpful knowing if trains on time or delayed and can see where train is so all good for me.
Lack of alerts
My only problem with the app is the lack of notifications when there is a problem on one of the lines. There is the option to put in when you normally travel, and the times, which is then supposed to alert you if there is a problem but I’ve never had a notification of any of the issues. If I remember to check the app, it displays off there are problems with the lines. It would be great if you could at least get notification of any disruptions to the lines. Even better would be able to select which lines you want notifications for. The icing on the cake would be to set your normal travel times and stations to get a notification if one of those trains was affected

Inconsistent
Last few weeks the app has not worked so cannot be relied upon, before that the app was good
Excellent App
Allows me to check times, the services & to plan for arriving at station for trains. Also able to see if there are any disruptions. Invaluable if using train a lot .
Late or cancelled AGAIN
Totally unreliable service. This is the 2nd time in a week
