No problems whatsoever. I just wish it had a dark mode option
Can’t make account on app//not free
So this may be pretty obvious, but making an account isn’t free. They don’t mention this anywhere in the description, and this app isn’t listed as having “in app purchases” but that’s because TECHNICALLY there aren’t any, because you have to visit their website to create an account, and it’s on the website, not the app, that they offer you a 14 day free trial and ask you to subscribe. This makes complete sense, however it feels a little misleading to not have this any where in the description, or even list anywhere that you have to visit a website to make an account. Leaving 4 stars bc I ended up not setting up an account, but don’t wanna leave a bad rating when it could still possibly be a good app.

Not iPad compatible
The screens do not display properly on the iPad - the Inbox is partially covered by the left menu column and the messages are unreadable. Totally unusable.
Filling a big need
I just started using this app a couple weeks ago. It’s filling a huge need for our small business to be able to send group messages that can be replied to privately and be forwarded to our current phone number. There’s a huge untapped market for this technology and they have found it. I am
