Dublin centric
Even with my location enabled the app only gives rain forecast map for Dublin.
Very inaccurate
I live in Co Donegal and the forecast is rarely accurate. I tend to use the BBC NI forecast which is much better. Also a map showing predicted weather over the next few hours would be good. All I can see is a map for whatever has already happened in last hour or two. What’s the point of that!
No longer sends notifications regarding yellow/red warnings
Over the last few weeks/months the app no longer sends yellow or red storm warning notifications like it used to.
Rubbish
Like a 90’s website and completely Dublin centric. A joke Honestly, use bbc instead
App Not Accesssible
This app is not accessible to screen reader users. Why do developers not adhere to world wide web consortium and legal requirements
Totally inaccurate: symbols and % are nonsense
There’s no correspondence between the icons, symbols and percentage rain probabilities shown and the actual forecast. As I write, it’s pouring rain outside, the forecast text says it should be playing rain, the rain forecasts says it will be raining, but the symbols show grey skies and 0% probability of rain. Moronic.

Amazing app
Perfect for people in Ireland.
Detailed and accurate but lacking features
Would like to see personalization (Fahrenheit option, saved locations list, etc.), updated design and functionality, a legend for the wind forecast map. Perhaps some use from the “latest satellite” which is just a 2D render of the island; not a satellite image.
Met Éireann weather app keeps crashing.
This is a great app and I love it but it keeps crashing on me.

Excellent App
The last version crashed on me for some reason, but it was fixed right away when I mentioned it - thank you so much. This is a fabulous and attractive weather app and is a credit to the developers. I highly recommend it.
Ok ish
Lots of “data” but I much preferred the older app. Why? Because it had a nice simple visual layout with instant graphics of cloud / rain / sun / wind viewing. Simple is key. Too much emphasis is now thrown on re inventing the wheel.
Good for where you are
This app is handy for the weather where you are. But I haven’t figured out how to check the weather in some other part of the country. Has a look-up feature and a recent locations feature, but they don’t do anything.
Crashes on iPhone 5c
New version of App crashes immediately when starting
Excellent
Fast and efficient. I love the new design
Doesn’t work on an iPhone
Slow, unusable, doesn’t work.
Crashes upon opening
Probably just a minor issue.
Slow and buggy
Not impressed. There are better 3rd party ones such as Weatherunderground
Not great
Won't let me select a region or county, although I can't seem to find any of the six counties on it. There mustn't be any weather there - get your act together lads!!!!
Mediocre
Firstly, I have to agree with other reviews, want happened to the six counties???
For the Met Éireann, this is a very poor app, and requires a lot of updating and modernising. I trust this will happen, my only concern is when

Partitionist Crap
Does Met Éireann think nobody lives north of the border? Regardless of Met Éireann's politics, there remains 32 counties in Ireland. I don't think the wind and the rain recognise such treaties and sellouts...
