They don’t send rewards
They haven’t sent multiple rewards that I’ve earned. I’ve reached out to support and they only responded one time and never responded again, without resolving the issues. They also lied to reps in my store about different things. Not worth downloading, total waste of time.
Do not waste your time you won’t get anything
I’ve seen other reviews here and am glad people are pointing it out, my store has had the same problems. People have earned rewards and meta doesn’t send them, nor do they respond to support tickets. It’s unreal. It’s not worth downloading because they don’t give you the prizes they advertise that you can earn.

Total scam
So many people participated in a promotion to get some meta glasses and they aren’t giving the prizes to people. There’s no response from support. I’ve reached out multiple times. The promotion had poor communication, and people weren’t ever getting their awards. Multiple people even in my store said they couldn’t get in contact either. The app is buggy and not at all worth the frustration of earning points for prizes you won’t get or can’t redeem points for because they always just say out of stock. I’m genuinely shocked the app still exists with how badly they treat the salespeople.

Give an option to update stores/#
I started my account in my old store few years ago. I was transferred to another store and have try to update my store information on the app but it’s not possible. I even got in a ticket through the app and I haven’t received a single response.. PLEASE GIVE US AN OPTION TO UPDATE STORE NUMBER/ information

Get points but out of stock?
So you can get tons of points to redeem for stuff like for me I want the gift cards but it’s always out of stock so it feels like a waste of time
I was lied to
I was told if I completed all the meta learning modules I would be able to claim meta glasses with the points I earned along the way. You top out of points below 40k, the glasses require 70k points to claim. It would take a year of daily log in to claim 200 points a day to get the glasses from this point. I doubt I’ll still be with my retailer until then.

Scamming
They used to offer gift cards for training and are “sold out” of them. Now it’s just random 10 cent Meta promo swag like shirts and portable chargers. I have enough points for almost $50 in gift cards. How Meta could run out of gift card codes is beyond me.

Love the courses and rewards
I work as an associate at Best Buy and really love having the courses, resources and even Clipz at my fingertips. I can close a Quest or Ray Ban Meta sale better than any product in our store.
Can’t tap on notification bell
Aspect ratio needs to be fixed it is too close to the battery, WiFi indicator at the top right corner. Bring it down lower so we can tap and see our notifications.
