It simply does not work
Tried to use it to change data and location on some film scans, and it simply does not work. The copies it makes don’t have the metadata applied and replace doesn’t work either. Skip it. Or if you have claude, use that to edit the metadata.

0/10 wouldn’t recommend. I just downloaded and despite them offering me a 7 day free trial they still charge me for a month but it says my trial ends in 7 days! And there no contact info!

Meta RayBans
Does not remove metadata from Meta Raybans for Instagram. The videos still appear with the spin affect turned on, which can only happen if the footage is detected as MRB.

Would benefit to have more options to filter and organize by date, date created, modified, or open among other options

Listen, I love this app. I find it very useful. I'm giving you 5 stars.… but WHY are the thumbnails in the date edit function so TINY!?
It's incredibly difficult to see what's going on in a bunch of pics taken in similar locations.
Please, I love the scrolling function, I just need the thumbnails to be at least 2x the size.

Great app but with the release of iOS 15, pro is unnecessary
Bis jetzt konnte man die pro Features nur auf Mac OS benutzen da sie dort von Apple eingebaut wurden und es diese bei iOS nicht gab. Jetzt mit der Einführung von iOS 15 kann man sowohl ein Datum ändern als auch einen Standort hinzufügen/ändern, deswegen ist die pro Version leider jetzt sinnlos.
Die App ist jedoch auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen da sie viele coole Features anbietet welche auch sehr nützlich sind, jedoch würde ich niemandem empfehlen Geld für die pro Version auszugeben.

Previously Free Features Paywalled Now
Used to love this app for quick metadata editing and for removing location tags. But just found out that this feature is now locked behind a SUBSCRIPTION. I use this maybe once a year and now this app is completely USELESS to me. Terrible decision by the developers. Just deleted it. Bye Felicia.

A Really Great Utility
First, a wishlist item: A share extension for Metapho for macOS is something I would enable and would love to use. Not having a share extension when I’m already working with an image in any app including Photos and Preview and others pushes me to Finder a bit too often. Not a deal breaker, just a nice to have if it can be done.
Next, a quick review: This utility is perfect for managing data in files from Finder or from within Metapho without having to open them one at a time in Adobe or Affinity. Metapho does what I need it to do quickly and easily on my MBP, iPhone and iPad.
The developer is friendly, exceptionally quick to respond, and fast to push fixes out after a bug has been confirmed.
Get it for iOS and iPadOS too where it works just as great and is just as useful.

Poor UI
I used to enjoy it and underlay functionality is good but now the UI is really difficult to navigate. Basically impossible to understand how to find a picture in your camera roll or albums to bring it in for editing.. No icons, prompts or help
Importing a photo to edit is so fundamental it should have its own super clear control or icon.
I cant use it now and will cancel my subscription.
