I bought a printer that uses this app. Lost a few hundred dollars because it simply doesn't work.

The app used to work about two years ago however the app has stopped working. Anytime you try to click on anything it says network connection failed. I’ve tried updating the app however there are no updates and I have disconnected and logged out of my account, hoping that it will try to reset and work again, but all it says is network connection failed I bought this label maker off of Amazon and this was an app that it was supposed to use however it is terrible and does not work. I think the owner and creator of the LabelMaker forgot about the app and is not updating the app to let the label maker work.

App no longer works
The app no longer works just keeps saying network connection error. Waste of money to buy the label maker if the dumb app doesn’t work. Fix your app!

Horrible news about this app and it’s inability to preform the task at its most important stage of development for a single most significant event of an entire ability of any type of general application in any given sequential way in its entire inability to function properly as it has no way to function properly without being able to perform the single most important task of all by the first step in its entirety in order for the application itself to function correctly as it will not allow for any connection to, or between, or any connectivity in any way whatsoever between the app and its users to be able to perform any function able tasks at all, which will allow the user to perform any kind of connections with the entire application in the first place, leaving all other aspects out of further steps from that particular step forward, thus creating a blockage that has no way out of it any further.

doesn’t work
says “network connection failed” for everything. this product was gifted to me and the app makes it completely useless. I can print words but can’t add any emojis, symbols, or anything. also the scaling is all wrong. please fix these issues.

Unusable app!
I would give it ZERO star if I could!
In order to use the app I have to agree with the user service agreement that that can’t read??? Impossible to do anything with this app but text label. Anything else I tried it says that the network connection failed when the network is working perfectly.

Please fix this bug
I just got this app for my label maker and I’ve read these comments and a lot of them are the same, and I’m having the same trouble. When I try to make an account it talks about a network failure when I have very good internet,and it’s not just making an account it’s with even the fonts and other things. Please fix this bug.

I have the mini pink D 11 printer it was working fine and then all of a sudden it logged me out. I’m not able to log back in. I’ve lost all of my saved labels and all of the graphics can someone help with this?

Barely able to use. Not very intuitive when you can’t even troubleshoot because it keeps saying Network Failed.
