Lockscreen Widget

I primarily want to use this for the lockscreen Widget but it doesn't work. I've favorited an airport and it still doesn't show the metar.

The Metars need to be updated quickly. METARS are updated every 30mins. Yet on this app we need 20 minutes to have the last metar
Also having the possibility to set the widget metar to the closest airport could be good

Thanks for the feedback! We’re updating the METAR and TAF data sources from our provider every minute but we’re limited to how quickly they update their master data. It’s the best we can do at the moment. We’ll look into other data sources that can give more up to date data immediately to improve the user experience!

Great METAR app

Simple and straight forward app. The only problem I have with it is that the visibility unit keeps reverting back to kilometers after I change the setting to miles. I've done this multiple times now. Besides that, I would say it's the best METAR app out there.

Problem with App Widget

I love this app. I love that I can get a very quick snapshot of all the meters that I have selected whilst flight planning.

The only problem I have and I really hope you guys fix it is that the widget won’t let you select a base airport. You can scroll through the list of airports, but it will not accept an of them…

Latest update forgets some settings

Have been using this for about a year. Latest update happens and now my visibility setting keeps reverting to KM. I set it to statute miles every time and it holds that setting for a couple of hours, then BAM. 16km visibility. Seriously?

Didn’t mind having to re-favorite my favs, and I don’t mind the font changes. But there seems to be a LOT less info at my training airport. Only 1 taf? No taf interpretation? And now visibility keeps reverting to KM instead of statute miles.

Was great; now greedy $$$

Was my go to for METARs and particularly decided TAFs. Now the TAFs are no longer decided and the app wants $2 a month (!) for a “pro” version. I have no problems paying for quality software, but that’s too much for what this app does.

For what it is now - a basic tool - $24 a year subscription is greedy.

We believe it’s more than fair, however we understand not all are in a position to pay, so we’ve always ensured the free version of the app offers more than enough features with no payment required. We hope you’ve been able to find a free solution to your problem!

Best Application for pilots

Guys, it's one of the most comfortable apps to deal with. Nice interface and useful functionality. No aids! So cool. Thank you for this

But there is a one feature. For pilots it's strictly important to get information as soon as possible. My favourite airports update their information at least once every 30 minutes. But your app updates it only every 1 hour or more. Please fix it!

App runs well and is simple to use. Only thing I would improve is adding an IFR/VFR banner or icon.

An essential

Airline pilot here. This app isn’t fancy. It’s not going to give you a complete weather briefing. But if you need to check the weather at your departure airport and your destination in a pinch this app is perfect. Simple, easy to read and use. All the info you need, and nothing that you don’t. Best part: no ads!

I would like to see the pressure display immediately in HPa and In Hg, sometimes it is very necessary, and it is inconvenient to switch in such cases
