I cannot download a project
I purchased a basic version, used a basic voice. But I cannot download, it thought I am a free user and provide to pay again. When I click on basic version, app shows it’s already paid for basic version, but I stil cannot to download the project. Please advise.

Stupid app my $60 is gone for nothing this app should be taking down from this platform iTunes do something
I paid for plus version 1 year. And it is not giving me the plus version voices.
Suddenly it doesn’t give me plus version voices.
It says I can use basic one which is cheaper version. But I paid the plus version. I asked for refund, sent messages. They all ignored by developers
Developer yiyisheng. Sounds like chinese. Please give me my money back or reupdate my account to what I paid for!!!

No funciona
Pague la miembrecia premian por un año y después de unas semanas solo me aparecían voces gratis, además que no podía descargar mis archivos y ahora no funciona no puedo hacer nada y me quedan muchos meses de uso además que no responden mis correos, esto es us asco no la descarguen

Used to be great
I used to love this app but then it suddenly stopped recognizing that I was a paid subscriber. No matter what I did, it just would no longer work even tho I paid. It thought I was a free user. So I unsubscribed. I just tried again today to subscribe to pro, and it said it completed the transaction but once again, the app thinks I’m a free user. This time it doesn’t show up in my subscriptions either. I’m not seeing a charge yet in my bank but I’m just at a loss. I guess I just have to find something else.

Horrific Scam
Completely does not work! Horrific waste of time and money. And a complete scam. I paid for the pro to work on a project. Literally none of the feature work. Only the free voice works for me. Literally everything else does not function at all and comes up with error messages. I hope this app is taken off the App Store because it is nothing but a scam. Absolutely garbage and the developers are thieves! None of the advertised features work. None! Nothing but error messages.

Pague la suscripción y me dice que actualice la suscripción y no me deja usar y trato de usar una y otra vez si pague porque no me deja trabajar en la aplicación trate de usarla de mil manera y me pide suscribirse para usar que molesto

I wanted to use this app for a voice over for an edit I wanted to do for my tik tok account and it works perfectly! I’d definitely recommend this app.

Consistently having problems with this application
I believe this is a good software but, I’ve been having problems with this is software. When I try to edit, it freezes. Many times you can’t even see the text messages to edit. Recently it’s been worse. I click the icon and I can’t even get into the website. There’s no one to connect with for customer service. I’ve been having problems. If they work this problem it would be one of the best program out there. I would’ve loved to market this product.
