고객센터 전화 좀 받아주세요

전화 상담 후 가능한 업무라는데 통화가 어렵습니다. 항상 고객이 10명이상 상담 대기중이라 통화를 못하네요. 앱으로 가능한 업무 아닌거 같긴한데 혹시나 해서 앱 깔려고 해도 동의 사항이 너무 많아서 꺼려집니다. 통화좀 받아주세요.

보험사 어플 ...

필요한건 대부분 있어서 조회나 간단한 건 잘 됩니다. 근데 사실 조금 복잡해서 처음엔 좀 어려운 점이 있고, 디자인도 개선되면 더 좋을 것 같아요. 전반적으로 무난무난~

쓰레기앱

앱자체가 쓰레기 입니다 본인들도 쓰레기인거 알겁니다 알면서도 개선을 하지 않네요 앱에서 본인 로그인을해도 계약자가 아니라고만 나옵니다 금융인증서 설치 눌러도 계약자만 사용 가능하답니다 결국엔 pc 켜서 로그인 합니다 업데이트 이후에 계속 이런데 상담자도 앱 상황을 잘 모르는듯 계약은 쉽게하면서 조회나 청구는 쓰레기급 앱성능을 보여주네요

계약조회

신원 인증을 해도 앱에서는 계약 조회가 안되나요? 계약이 있는데 계약자만 사용가능하다고 다음 메뉴로 넘어갈 수 없는데 도대체 어떻게 하란건지… 다른 보험사 앱과 너무 차이기 크네요.
