New App Format
I love the new mobile app format. Itโs clean, user friendly and concise!
Frustrating app
My company switched to MetLife and itโs been the biggest pain. There website fails to load pages so you canโt manage your claim and it wonโt let you upload documents will just come up as error. I called MetLife they seemed really confused and told me to use the app so I did and itโs just as bad if not worse. Only lets you upload pictures from your camera roll or taking pictures which is useless if you want to upload a .pdf and if you trying to take a screen shot to send it and try to submit it wonโt even do anything super frustrating. Last thing I want to deal with while hurt on disability to be able to keep my job.

Wonโt load
The app literally hasnโt be able to load my policies since getting it

I used to use this app on Android and I could file claims on my phone. I changed phones and tried to use it here, too, but no luck.
I log in, it says it is loading my policy, and then it says it canโt load them.

Stop working COMPLETELY
I am no longer able to long in and view my insurance or legal coverage information. Why are we paying for services that we cannot access? Going through the web isnโt very user friendly and getting to right website is a pain!
