Character Limit Too Short on Username at Login
The mobile applications user name field on the login screen has a character limit and my username is my email address which exceeds it. I’m not even able to login.

Can’t log in or authenticate
The character limit is too small for emails and the authentication code doesn’t work. Y’all got some fisher price developers

Dysfunctional App
This app is garbage. It’s non functional, non responsive and a waste of time. If it’s no longer being supported by a multi-billion dollar company that owns it they should take it down.
Garbage app
I can’t login. I am having the same issues everyone else has had. They need to either fix this app or not bother having it on the App Store. I will continue to encourage my company to find a better, more competent vendor.

Your email is your username…. Yet the app does not allow the username field enough characters to type your full email. Useless
Will not allow me to log in
It doesn’t allow me to place my whole email in the app in order to log in. Might as well just use a browser.
Crashes
Title says it all. App is not usable
It can be much better
1- log in issues every time
2- Face ID issues every time
3- can not attach a PDF file.
4- can not view claims processed for a very long time, and sometimes never
5- can not view claims submitted by providers or through the portal.
Kindly take these inputs into consideration. And not ignore them …..

Constant issue logging in
No Matter how many times I delete and redownload the app I always have issues with logging in. Gets stuck many times.
Fraud
I really don’t know and don’t believe how did they got 5 star here.. from my opinion they even don’t deserve 1 star as they treated me.. one of the scammer lady call me from enbd and mentioned about MetLife and all policy and I love it so I did it. Later on nothing is going as they lady said. Also she mentioned we can cancel anytime and can have all the refund back and when I am trying to call them they put me in hold for around 20-30 minutes. And I am mailing them since last April more than 1000 times to cancel my MetLife insurance policy and but still not yet still deducting.. it’s totally scam and I am suggesting you guys not to use liv.card and MetLife insurance. They love to waste ur time and money..

This app is shameful!
Atrocious app. Nothing works. It fails to pull your data and has broken links through out. The only use this app has is to take space on your phone. It’s best to access your information on the website, and that is barely better.

Login Issue
As with many other reviews, I can’t login to my account on this app. I can’t even fill my username because it limits the number of characters in the username box.

Not the app you’re looking for…maybe
Downloaded this app and was thinking I was joining countless others who found the app didn’t work or had to create another account despite having an active one online.
Maybe you do need this app but maybe you don’t, keep reading: if you’re a US policy holder, then you need the MetLife US app. This one is the Worldwide Benefits app. I create an account online and logged right into the other app.

Worse app ever
Does not accept my log in information! Already tried everything im sure it has to do with the way this app is designed, in my opinion its a very bad app especially how we cant log in for our cards and other information!
Very poor user experience
I can’t comment on other folks reviews stating that the app ID/pwd don’t match web site as when I insert my user ID and pwd, the “Sign In” button remains un-functional; no messages or errors.
