See everyone's sprints from a single screen when finished. T-Test, Modified T-Test and NBA Lane Agility Two new agility tests are now available with automatic timing. The on-screen guide shows you where to place your cones, and you can review each cone touch/turn after the run. Stride Analysis and Sprint Mechanics See your stride length, cadence and ground contact time for every step. Sprint mechanics shows your shin angle, thigh lift and trunk position on every stride, comparing your sprint with elite ranges, so you can identify weaknesses and know what to work on. Acceleration Profile Your speed curve now marks your peak velocity, where your drive phase ends and your top-speed zone. New Video Tools Watch your run full width or in the new follow cam, which tracks you down the lane for a closer view. Step through the video frame by frame or jump from stride to stride, and control what you see with fully customisable overlays. Playback at 1/8th speed, and export videos that match your preferences. Monthly Recaps Each month in your history now has a recap card with your total distance, sprint count, and new records. *** Improvements *** - Improved tracking on 20 m and 30 m runs by analysing your video in 4K - Improved foot contact timing, tuned against 240 fps slow-motion footage - Improved side-on agility speed curves so they read smoother and more accurately - Improved personal best labels to show how many days ago you set each record - Improved translations, with every new screen available in all 15 languages - Renamed the 5-0-5 tests to 5-0-5 (Stationary) and 5-0-5 (Flying)
