Adaptive training blocks Plan training in multi-week cycles — typical 4-week build → 1-week deload rhythm. The app holds you to it: deload weeks cap intensity at light and automatically trim a set or two off your starting workouts so volume drops the way it's meant to. Your block phase and "Week 2 of 4" progress show on the Apple Watch face and gym screen. Two new Insights track whether it's actually working — your accumulate weeks' strength expression vs deload weeks, and whether reported soreness drops the way you'd expect when you deload. Both surface when you have enough data. Plus: redesigned home hero with HRV / Sleep / Resting HR signal strip, the new Readiness widget for home and Lock Screen, celebrations for PRs and goals hit (with a mute toggle), a Health hub with live hydration + weight-trend, and a polish sweep across every tracker and detail screen.
