About

MetricPull is a privacy-first Apple Health export platform built for AI-powered analysis and modern health data workflows. Turn your HealthKit data into structured, context-rich CSV exports for AI assistants, spreadsheets, scripts, research tools, and personal analysis. MetricPull preserves the details that make health data understandable, including dates, timestamps, units, source information, and measuring-device details where Apple Health provides them. CHOOSE THE RIGHT LEVEL OF DETAIL - Summary: Review daily, weekly, or monthly trends. - Log Entries: Export readable individual measurements, events, and supported sleep records. - Raw Samples: Preserve detailed HealthKit records, timestamps, source information, device information, and record identifiers where supported. RECORD-LEVEL WEIGHT AND BLOOD PRESSURE Weight and Blood Pressure Raw Samples include clearer record-level provenance: - Source app information - Available measuring-device name, manufacturer, model, and hardware version - Stable HealthKit record identifiers for deduplication within the same Health database For Blood Pressure, MetricPull keeps the paired systolic and diastolic values together while using the complete stored blood-pressure record for its timestamp, provenance, and identifier. Missing device information remains blank rather than being guessed. DETAILED SLEEP RECORDS Select Time Asleep on its own to export each sleep segment stored in Apple Health: - Log Entries: Readable records with sleep stage, start and end times, duration, and attributed night. - Raw Samples: Full-fidelity records with original timestamps, stages, available source and device details, and record identifiers. Detailed sleep exports preserve the individual records stored in HealthKit. Existing Sleep Summary exports remain available for daily, weekly, and monthly analysis. ANALYSIS KIT Optional Analysis Kits package your export with structured metadata and plain-language instructions that explain: - Column meanings and units - Date and timestamp formats - Missing-data behavior - Source and measuring-device information - Record identity and deduplication guidance - Known HealthKit limitations Analysis Kits adapt their metadata, device inventory, and guidance to the exact export schema. They help reduce avoidable ambiguity when working with AI assistants, spreadsheets, scripts, or other analysis tools. MetricPull does not run an AI model or send your data to an AI service. 70 APPLE HEALTH METRICS Build exports from health data across: - Body measurements - Activity - Heart health - Sleep - Vitals - Nutrition REUSABLE PRESETS Use built-in presets or save your own recurring export workflows. When building an export, choose metrics and column order, then configure date range, aggregation, units, and formatting. QUICK METRICS Review charts, rolling averages, comparisons, minimum and maximum values, and recent trends without creating an export. PRIVACY BY DESIGN - Read-only Apple Health access - Processing happens on your device - No accounts - No MetricPull cloud backend - No analytics or tracking SDKs - No automatic uploads - You choose when and where to share an export MetricPull organizes and explains your Apple Health data. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, monitor emergencies, or provide medical advice.
