HEART RATE AND WORKOUT RECORDS Resting Heart Rate, Walking Heart Rate Average, Cardio Fitness, and Heart Rate Variability support Log Entries and Raw Samples when selected individually. Ordinary Heart Rate supports Raw Samples when selected alone. Workouts support readable Log Entries and detailed Raw Samples when selected alone. Workout Raw preserves activity type, timestamps, stored duration, active energy, one supported distance total when available, available source and device details, and record identifier. MetricPull does not reconstruct pauses, routes, locations, or overlapping workouts. DETAILED SLEEP RECORDS Select Time Asleep on its own to export each sleep segment stored in Apple Health: • Log Entries: Readable records with sleep stage, start and end times, duration, and attributed night. • Raw Samples: Detailed records with original timestamps, stages, available source and device details, and record identifiers. Existing Sleep Summary exports remain available for daily, weekly, and monthly analysis. ANALYSIS KIT Optional Analysis Kits package your export with plain-language instructions. Log Entries and Raw Samples kits also include a separate structured metadata file. Together, the package contents explain: • Column meanings and units • Date and timestamp formats • Missing-data behavior • Source and measuring-device information • Record identity and deduplication guidance • Known Apple Health limitations Analysis Kits adapt to each export and reduce ambiguity when working with AI assistants, spreadsheets, scripts, or other analysis tools.
