Unreliable & Fraudulent Charges
Absolute trash service. Driver ghosted me for 30 minutes while I was on a strict schedule. Customer service is a joke—they couldn’t even find my trip info or talk to their own driver. They literally asked me what state I was in! It’s like they’re using pen and paper instead of computers. Then, they had the nerve to charge me a $28 cancellation fee for THEIR failure. Avoid this mess at all costs.
