Driver never showed up
I prepaid for a reservation but the driver never showed up. When I called they said there was a ‘mishap’ with the reservation. Now I have to see if I can get an Uber in time to make my flight.
Now useless
Has not been update on over 7 months and is not working at all on my iPhone with Ios16.1. Called metro cars several times and still not working. Too bad because when it was working it was really useful and easy to use.
Not user friendly
App is cumbersome and poorly constructed. Does not fit screen. Freezes at times with no way out of certain portions of the app. I just give up most the time and end up calling on the phone
Clunky and doesn’t guarantee a reservation
The app is clunky even after you’ve used it a few times and your info is stored in it. Half the time you get a call back 2-3 hours later after you’ve moved on to other things that there isn’t actually a car available, but maybe they can get you a cab. App and Metrocars is great for airport pick up with no reservation or for family booking way in advance, but availability and ease of use is too low for frequent travelers.

Doesn’t allow registration
Registration in the app gives a “data connection error” every time. On-line registration never results in an email with registration details. This app does not function so taxi it is.
Not good
I was able to make a reservation, but the app wouldn’t load in a cost so I agreed to pay a mysterious amount. I tried getting a quote, but that too seems to broken because it showed no dollar value. I had to call after I made the reservation to find out the flat rate from the airport to my city.
Pointless
Wouldn't even let me register. Gives a data connection error message.
Broken; take a cab or über it.
Good idea but this will not actually let you book. It takes all your info including CC and then errors out and says to call. Kind of pointless to download this useless app. Better off with Uber that app at least works.
Side note: their web site also will not work on mobile. They are about a decade behind current tech.

Completely Unusable
When you try to create an account it says to wait for an email (which never arrives) and won't let you log in with the account you just created. Completely unusable.
