I moved to Denver CO 2 yrs ago this month the only thing I knew I would have a big problem with was Metro didn’t have a location in Denver and I knew I did Not want to change to another credit union! I’ve been with them since I think at least 1987 maybe before! They’ve helped me in bad times and been there in my good times too! But I’m going to contact them I’m having trouble depositing remotely! I recommend them to young couples buying a new home and elderly people you get treated only with Kindness Respect and They have given me Guidance starting out! And given me replies within minutes but it’s because I’ve been a member for ages! Give them your business personal or business you won’t be let down!

Doesn’t let me change the date when transferring funds
This new version won’t let me change the date when I’m transferring funds
Shouldn’t have to name device every time
Verification process is wonky, never remembers device and will crash from time to time. Find a better developer, and find a better debit card provider. Card peels every 6 months and requires me to get a new one frequently
Took Money!!
The it charged more in fees than what was in my savings account my parents set up for me as a child. Makes it hard to set good habits for children learning about money.
App doesn’t work
The newest app hasn’t worked since it came out. If you call about it they’ll tell you nothing is wrong with it but it’s not just me, nobody in my family can use it. Looking to switch banks, having an app that works is a big deal.
Force close
App has been force closing for weeks! (4 now)
Despite removing the app and reinstalling it. As soon as I put in my password, the app will think for a few seconds then send me back to my Home Screen. Irritating would be putting it lightly.
I’ve had to double up on running to the bank for a month now. Cannot remote deposit, which is very inconvenient.

Why do you guys keep logging me out
I have Face ID and everything and it randomly logs me out in situations I need transfers please for the love of god fix this

I honestly may find another bank after experiencing 10 captcha image checks every time I need to check my balance.
