Customer service is poor
Trying to get someone to tell me how to delete fax messages all at once and not 15 at a time 5000 takes too long to delete

Need to fix iPad app
Please fix the app for ipad users. Your drop down menu on the upper right corner is cut off when accessing from ipad. iPhone is too small for my eyes to read fax documents and it is important that this app functions well on ipad, where visual screen is much larger for users.

Bad update
I don’t know what they did but now when I login and click on a new fax invariably, I get a blank page and I have to go back-and-forth and back-and-forth several times and maybe I’ll be able to finally see the fax or give up and come back a few hours later which is not really how a fax service should be, you want to be able to see it right away when it comes in.

New Update is flawed👎🏼
The new update does not allow to view the subject of sent faxes, as it was possible before. Please fix this.
New update is terrible
I’ve enjoyed your system for years, but the recent update several weeks ago is not great. The main issues include that in the sent mailbox there are only numbers and not the subject lines of what was sent as in the previous version of the app. This makes it extremely difficult to check what faxes have been successfully sent. Also, the new viewer for faxes is sub-par. It was much better being able to swipe through pages of a fax, now it requires clicking an arrow button at the bottom the screen that often is unresponsive (it seems to be a tiny zone on the screen), so flipping through the fax is very difficult. We’ve also had issues with sending all pages of faxes.

New update is terrible!!!
I have used metroFax for years and it has been easy and seamless. The new update is slow to load with only one screen at a time loading so you can’t scroll seamlessly when you get a large number of faxes, it no longer loads the subject of faxes so it is very difficult to search for whether sent ones went through or find one you may have missed. Please fix those things.

New app is glitchy. If you try to send an attachment with multiple pages from another app it only sends a cover page.

This new version is not great. The visual and connectivity issues. It takes a long time for the fax to open and sometimes it doesn’t open at all. I have to refer to my email inbox to see the incoming faxes, which clearly is not efficient and productive. You expect the service to be user friendly and efficient.

First of all why is it so complicated to set up an account??? I haven’t got an email AND the number from a response in another review was a sex hotline!!!!!!

No response to service NOT sending faxes after multiple requests for help. DO NOT USE.
Can’t even register as new user
The opening page asks me to log in, with no visible way of registering. Then promptly tells me I’m not registered. Ridiculous.

Decent service until recent update
Ive had success with this app working flawlessly until the most recent update. Now half of what i fax does not go through. Faxing from notes made on notability.

I’m leaving reviews from now on because everyone is greedy and wants you to pay some crazy price I’d rather do it at the library or at home for free a monthly payment to send a fax is silly
