Very slow
The app is very inconvenient to use. The cart doesn’t easily get clicked. Have to press three to four times.
Booking issues
Tha test packages do not show the full list of tests and hence tests get selected twice and end up paying double …also it doesn’t show your bookings unless you have paid so there is no scope to cancel as well … a major glitch in the software … also then phlebotomist call and ask us to cancel and rebook the tests because the tests have been selected twice or wrongly …

Time slot selection issue
After all details fill up & select schedule time slot not unable to select due to timing selection option not opening.
DO NOT BOOK
I have paid and booked for couple of tests and payment was done through UPI (gpay), the payment went through but on the profile there was no record of booking nor time slot which I had chosen was showing.
I called the number that was shown on the website, I was asked to get in touch with some other customer care which I refused to do so I know that it will be horror show, with out further due I send email to to their support team however it was another nightmare in making, got a call form their team who again was asking to contact another alternative number.
Now I do not want have the test done just to have my money back ASAP.

Pathetic App
Metropolis app is a pathetic app I have ever come across. No task got completed ever, so far. Test booking, report download, available tests none of the work got completed. Today I want to download my report but not moving beyond rating/feedback page.
