Can’t charge my car
Very disappointing experience. I started a charging session without creating an account. The charging appeared to start successfully, so I left. Later, when I opened the app at home, I couldn't find any way to return to my active charging session. The app even showed my charging station as available, as if nothing was happening.
When I came back about two hours later, my car had not been charged at all and the battery was almost empty. I'm not sure whether the charging stopped because I left the charging screen, but if that's the case, it's a serious design flaw.
After that, I created an account and tried to start a new charging session while logged in. Unfortunately, the app now crashes every time I reach the phone number entry step, making it impossible to use.
Overall, the app is unreliable and left me stranded with an uncharged car. I hope these issues are fixed soon.

Nulle de chez nulle
Impossible de démarrer la charge malgré 3 CB testées. Service clients joignable mais qui ne peut rien faire
Tarif exorbitant
Le tarif au kWh est tout sauf compétitif comparé aux bornes des villes avoisinantes. Sur autoroute chez d'autres fournisseurs c'est souvent moins cher. Évitez Metropolis recharge sauf en cas d'extrême urgence.
Même leurs abonnements ne proposent pas de réduction par rapport à la recharge facturée au coup par coup sur les recharges lentes.
