Needs work

The app works fine for shopping but it was useless when I tried to use it to pick up the groceries. When I clicked on the link telling me my groceries were ready it just went to a begin shopping page. There is no way to alert InstaCart that I was picking up. Had to call. How is this different than just using InstaCart? I also notice that my groceries are still in my cart after picking them up which isn’t the most convenient.

Add Coupons

Interface just looks like Instacart, I don’t feel like I am getting any closer information about metropolitan market, like sale information or coupons or points. Kinda feels like a useless app. In app coupons (other than the intro $10 off a $50 delivery) would make it worthwhile, but it’s not there (yet?).

Spin, Spin, Spin

The prices are jacked up while other stores offer in store prices. The app also won’t allow check out and just spins and spins and spins. After several tries, deleting and reinstalling the app I gave up.

Cannot create an account

The app didn’t recognize my existing MM login and won’t let me create a new one, insisting the password generated randomly doesn’t conform to their stupid rule set (spoiler: it does). I think there is a bug that doesn’t recognize pasted passwords, such as one would do from a password manager.

I hope they can get this resolved soon.
