Functional

I wish that the tickets I bought in person with my rewards number, would show up on my “watched movies.” I also don’t like the update where I can’t see the rewards I have. I have “2 rewards” but I can’t see what they are and the employees aren’t paid enough to check every customer’s reward balance.

Poor functionality

Features are not laid out correctly for usability, and they frankly don’t even work. The sound in the app for trailers hadn’t worked for months. The app changes frequently but seemingly never for the better.

I know which movie that I want to see.

I know which movie I want to see. Why can’t I just put that in to see the times at my favorite theaters?

BTW: It’s not that easy to see the delineation
between movies to pick the correct schedules for the movies that I do want to view. Please put a line or other obvious mark between movies.

Please fix these two items.Pretty please?

Wasted Energy, the developers need to know this app is not working property. It doesn’t update your information and is not showing purchased tickets, even your website is flawed. Please hire someone that understands proper function. Also, you have to jump hoops to figure things out.

Fix Your App

Once I go to pay for my purchase your app shows that I have $10 available in Loyalty Points. If I try to use it the credit card option goes away. Only the gift card is available to pay for the rest of my purchase. I want to apply the $10 and pay the difference with a credit card.

Just frustration to the MAX

Why do they have this app if payment cannot be taken? Nothing works! It’s so frustrating. No wonder people don’t go to the movies. Better to just stay home and watch Netflix to avoid this nonsense.

When you need instruction on how to order food and it takes a lead app developer 3 tries to you screwed up.

Worst payment experience

This app has literally the worst payment experience I’ve ever seen in an application. It’s as if the developers of the app locked themselves in a room until they could figure out the most effective way to discourage people from spending money in their app, then they gave the idea to middle school students to execute as their first introduction to programming.

Worst Movie App Ever

This app is the most annoying movie app ever. After two years of using it, I am unable to login. I’ve tried resetting the password 10 times and setting up a new account. Zero success. I have to use Fandango now. What a horrible user experience. Skip this app at all costs.

Very poor

For years now this app has been one of the worst for movie tickets. About as bad as standing in line for tickets at the theater. I've stood waiting behind two people for five minutes, waiting while the cashier sorts out problems with the customer.
Just the worst. I've been to movie theaters in NYC to Los Angeles, San Francisco. This little town with Metropolitan is the slowest and most tedious. I will pray you do better in the future, but I doubt it.

This app is anything but easy to use.

Great for movie goers

I love this app. Makes choosing seats and seeing what movies are around be quickly.

Tickets Purchased were for the Wrong Date

Putting a warning out there. I went to buy tickets for a Saturday showing and the app defaulted it to the same day I purchased them. Went through the refund process and it says it can take 4-6 weeks. Please fix this and make it right.

Bad first impression

I downloaded the app and created an account. Used Apple’s suggested secure password, but the app doesn’t support the keychain API (or doesn’t do it correctly) so my password wasn’t saved.
When I try do do anything in the app it either errors, or redirects to the website in the system browser. Why make an app when you keep shifting the user experience to the website?

It also asks up front what theater(s) you prefer, but every time you go to buy tickets it once again makes you go through the entire list of theaters.

Really needs work.

I have yet to be able to successfully buy a ticket using the app.
