app seems to under go “maintenance” or says “down” way to much like we in the big 2026 and we can’t control an app???

I’m trying to pay my my auto loan for the first time with Metrum and it’s a horrible user experience on this app as well as the web browser. I’ve never had issues like this paying for any bills with other credit unions. I would recommend any other credit Union if this is the trouble you have just to pay them.
I don’t have access to my auto loan 9 digit account number, I can’t just pay the loan with an alternative checking account from another institution, I can’t pay with a debit/credit card, and when I try to call them they don’t answer. I always pay my bills on time and this is very irritating to not be able to pay my own bills appropriately.
I gave two stars because I can at least see the auto loan account balance on the app and web browser. Otherwise, I’m seriously considering just going to another credit union and refinancing this loan already if this is the monthly hassle I have to deal with.
