Terrible

App is full of problems, it doesn’t load work orders, loses one’s that have been completed and if you don’t have perfect cell service or Wi-Fi it adds a minimum of 30 extra minutes on site. It’s simply not a viable option anymore.
UPDATE!!! They changed the color of the app to a soothing turquoise color to calm the rage as you pay your guys to wait on this nonfunctional app! 2 years in and they haven’t fixed a single app issue.

This is the worst app I have ever used in the modern era. I hope who ever designed this app is not proud of themselves. So many bugs. It’s 2026 why do I need to manually sync an app. Why is that not automated. I could find a creator off of fiver who would do a 1000x better job then this hot piece of garbage. I hate this app. It’s straight TRASH! There are way too many bugs and it takes forever to update and upload pictures. Just to name a few.

Forced me to restart when I uploaded first picture. Never got farther than that. Now I can’t even log in. This app is absolute trash!
