Not very good
Work doesn’t always record then they get bent out of shape with you if it doesn’t even when it says it’s been recorded after taking the pictures
Awful app
This app works terribly, the previous dentco app worked 100x better. They should have never replaced it.
Slow and Cumbersome
This app does not work as designed. It gets slower and slower with time and updates. It takes 3-4 times sometimes more to log pictures and services. We have had to go back to job sites to log services for a 2nd and 3rd time, even after the app showed the first service was logged. It’s terrible
Terrible.
I was going to write a bad review for this garbage app, but it seems the reputation is already in the dirt. So many others have already pointed out my gripes. You might as well hire a real team and make a new app from the ground up because this thing is hopeless.
Embarrassingly Bad
I am writing this while sitting on a job site waiting for a manual sync to go through. Been here for 30 mins. Why are we manually syncing in the year of our lord 2026? No confirmation email upon completion. When you take photos in the app it doesn’t save them to your camera roll. But thank God they took the time to update the color scheme. That made all the difference. In our company we have about 8 different service provider apps we have to use and this is hands down the worst one to use both in terms of UI and overall experience. Do better.
