Work doesn’t always record then they get bent out of shape with you if it doesn’t even when it says it’s been recorded after taking the pictures
Awful app
This app works terribly, the previous dentco app worked 100x better. They should have never replaced it.
Slow and Cumbersome
This app does not work as designed. It gets slower and slower with time and updates. It takes 3-4 times sometimes more to log pictures and services. We have had to go back to job sites to log services for a 2nd and 3rd time, even after the app showed the first service was logged. It’s terrible
Terrible.
I was going to write a bad review for this garbage app, but it seems the reputation is already in the dirt. So many others have already pointed out my gripes. You might as well hire a real team and make a new app from the ground up because this thing is hopeless.
Embarrassingly Bad
I am writing this while sitting on a job site waiting for a manual sync to go through. Been here for 30 mins. Why are we manually syncing in the year of our lord 2026? No confirmation email upon completion. When you take photos in the app it doesn’t save them to your camera roll. But thank God they took the time to update the color scheme. That made all the difference. In our company we have about 8 different service provider apps we have to use and this is hands down the worst one to use both in terms of UI and overall experience. Do better.

The WORST!!!
Can’t open work orders or upload pictures to the app. They switched over from just emailing all of your documents to them to this and it was by far the worst thing they could’ve done.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
This app is horribly unorganized and work orders that aren’t due for 6 months are still right there and ready to be logged- just sitting in the way for months.

App is full of problems, it doesn’t load work orders, loses one’s that have been completed and if you don’t have perfect cell service or Wi-Fi it adds a minimum of 30 extra minutes on site. It’s simply not a viable option anymore.
UPDATE!!! They changed the color of the app to a soothing turquoise color to calm the rage as you pay your guys to wait on this nonfunctional app! 2 years in and they haven’t fixed a single app issue.

Simplemente Horrible!!!!
Nada funcional, debería ser una herramienta útil para mejorar nuestro trabajo pero al contrario lo complica mucho y atrasa.

This is the worst app I have ever used in the modern era. I hope who ever designed this app is not proud of themselves. So many bugs. It’s 2026 why do I need to manually sync an app. Why is that not automated. I could find a creator off of fiver who would do a 1000x better job then this hot piece of garbage. I hate this app. It’s straight TRASH! There are way too many bugs and it takes forever to update and upload pictures. Just to name a few.

Forced me to restart when I uploaded first picture. Never got farther than that. Now I can’t even log in. This app is absolute trash!

switched from dentco to powerhouse and now to this. it’s full of bugs, force restarts often when taking pictures, and if you don’t constantly manually refresh it doesn’t update the workorders. in addition, this app uses so much RAM that any background apps are force closed with the exception of Audible. business owners should beware of this incomplete product.

App is awful
I use several apps for management companies. This one is hands down the worst. Glitchy and not user friendly at all. No confirmation email when you log a service so you have no idea if it’s actually going through. It’s terrible.

Awful app full of bugs, loses your work after submitted, which is great when you’re relying on this app for your business. Get your stuff fixed Mertyx!

Frustrating
Work orders that come in for the week are not loading. Seems to be a lot of bugs. Even tried deleting and redownloading.
