Public Beta

The app does not appear to offer a choice between Developer & Public Beta releases. Did I miss something? Also, is there a way to automatically track the current device (I.e, the device where the app is installed)? Again, I midge have missed it.

Response from developer

Hi thanks for your time! Currently the app doesn’t differentiate between a developer beta from a public beta however this is on the roadmap to add in the not too distant future. As for your suggestion of automatically tracking the device where the app is installed on, this is a good suggestion and something that I will look into in more detail.

Effortless, Convenient & Customisable

Mevolit is hands-down one of the most convenient apps I’ve used for keeping track of Apple software updates. What really stands out is how effortless it is to use — everything is laid out clearly, and I didn’t have to dig through settings to get what I needed.

The biggest win for me is that all Apple software updates are monitored in one place. Whether it’s iOS, macOS, watchOS, or even visionOS, I can see what’s new across the board without jumping between apps or websites. It saves a ton of time and hassle.

I also love how customizable it is. I can tailor the app to focus only on the devices I actually own, and filter out the rest — which makes the interface feel even more clean and focused.

So far, I haven’t run into any bugs or issues. It’s been smooth, lightweight, and super convenient from the start.

If you’re someone who uses multiple Apple devices and wants a simple way to stay on top of updates — without dealing with Apple’s more complicated developer portals or never-ending forum threads.

Response from developer

Hi, Thank you for spending the time to submit such an in-depth review! Glad you like what we have to offer so far!

Really efficient

A great app that took just seconds to show what updates were missing on my device

Response from developer

Thank you for your review, do keep an eye out in the next 3 weeks or so as we plan on releasing our biggest update yet to Mevolit.

Great for devs checking for updates twice a day

Instead of checking for updates once or twice a day for all devices , I can just refresh it on the app and it tells me all the update versions. I’ll test it more but so far this saves me a good amount of time and its convenient.

Response from developer

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to give us a review we very much appreciate the kind and honest feedback, in the next update to the app we will be fixing the ability for users currently unable to search for 2/3 different updates at once, so you can customise the searching instead of having to search by all the available platforms.
